Malaysia Group Order for BTS Fansite and Official Goods.

Hi everyone, this is me Nana.

I'm managing a group order for Malaysia based.

So, before you placed your order, plz read some sweet poem below ^^

RULES AND TERMS

• Please be responsible with everything in terms of form filled, payment process and everything related with my group order.
• Back off buyers will be given a warning but if still doing it, will be banned from my group order.
• Cancelling order before make a payment are forgiven but please don't do this ;-;
• Cancelling order after make a 1st or 2nd payment is prohibitted and not allowed. Refund will not be provided for this case. Sorry.
• No installment.
• Please make sure you have enough budget before placing order ^^;;

FORM/BLOG

• This group order will be promoted using this blog click here .
• All the info regarding the group order will be provided in that blog.
• You can choose the way to placing your order such as send an email, dm on twitter or fill the form that has been provided at last sentences of the blog. Do read it.
• Please noted that, all the requested for ordering will be entertain within 48 hours via email only.
• But if you didn't received any email, do send an email for reminder.
• If you use form, please fill your details carefully and please make sure all the info are correct and your details account such email, twitter are active.

PAYMENT METHOD

• Payment method for my group order is through online transfer, cash deposit and paypal
• If you want to use online transfer, plz be careful with the deadline, if you're going to pay almost reach the deadline, please use instant transfer. But if otherwise, you can use normal transfer.
• If you want to use cash deposit, plz send the payment proof with clearer photos and plz stated the bank name holder and the date.
• If you want to use Paypal, you have to bear with the paypal fees and must be use USD currency.
• In my group order, will use two payment method which 1st payment for goods/merchandise only and 2nd payment for EMS+Paypal+Poslaju.
• Payment should be made according to the deadline after you received an email in 48 hours.

EMS 

• Normally fansite or seller will use EMS for the goods shipment.
• EMS fees will be calculated by fansite/seller only. How they calculated the fees is depends on themselves.
• EMS fees will be inform in 2nd payment info.
• EMS will be divided equally among the buyers according to their goods. More light, more cheaper and otherwise.
• Please don't ask for EMS estimation because there are no answer for that until been told by the fansite/seller.
• Any damaged from the delivery will not be responsible by the sender which is me/fansite/seller.

PAYPAL

• Paypal is the method that being used for sending the money to fansite/seller.
• Only USD currency will be use for each transaction.
• Paypal fees will be collected in 2nd payment period unless the group order have prepayment deposit. Because normally, fansite/seller will ask the prepayment to be send first. For this case, all the paypal fees in prepayment transaction, will be added in 2nd payment paypal fees.
• Paypal fees will be calculated by fansite/seller.
• All the transaction will be charged according to the current currency.

LOCAL POSTAGE

• For the local postage, only POSLAJU/POS EXPRESS by Post Malaysia will be used.
• Poslaju fees will be charged according to the weight and type of your goods.
• The estimation of poslaju fees will be given in 2nd payment info. If the goods more heavier than the estimation weight, an extra fees will be asking from you. But if otherwise, refund will be given.
• No meet up.
• Tracking Number will be provided once the goods has been posted via email only.
• If you failed to collect your goods and the goods has been shipped to me back, i will ask for extra postage fees. So please be alert.
• Any damaged from the delivery will not be responsible by the sender which is me.

REFUND

• Refund will be given if the group order was cancelled.
• If the group order was cancelled and the payment has been sent to fansite/seller, the refund will be done only after i get refunded from them, its depend on them also when they will refund. So, dont push me to refund you.
• If the group order was cancelled and the payment has not been made yet, i will do the refund.

CUSTOMS FEES

• Customs fees will charge only if the boxes/parcel got detained by Malaysia Customs.
• To release the items, they will charges the fees.
• The fees will be share among the buyers.
• Normally it takes more than 3 days for them to released the items.
